Kwik Kar Oil Change & Auto Care

I had a great experience at this Kwik Kar. I came in for an oil change, engine air filter replacement, and brake fluid flush, and everyone I interacted with was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. David, the location manager, runs a great shop and made sure everything went smoothly. Chase was especially helpful at the front desk—he was welcoming, knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the process. Noah and Will were the technicians who worked on my car, and I really appreciated that they took the time to actually show me what they found instead of just telling me I needed additional services. They explained why my engine air filter and brake fluid needed attention, answered all of my extra questions without making me feel rushed, and helped me understand exactly what was going on with my car. It’s refreshing to find a shop that’s transparent, honest, and willing to educate customers instead of just trying to sell them something. I left feeling confident that my car was well taken care of, and I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

I showed up for a state inspection at an unusually busy time for them. Despite the stress of being over burdened, they were extremely courteous and professional. They helped me find a better time to come in, and when I showed up, they were able to handle it very quickly. We discussed whether or not I had any additional needs that needed serviced while I was there as well. Great job!

These guys are awesome! They had 2 customers ahead of me so I told them I would come back later bc I had another appt in 1 hr on other side of town. They assured me they could get my inspection done in plenty of time for me to still make other appt and they did! Fast and friendly! They didn’t even tell me but I noticed after I left that they had even added air to one of my tires that had been causing my low tire light to come on for past week even though it wasn’t low enough for me to stop and deal with airing it up like I should have. They were only doing my state inspection and did not have to air up the tire so that was above and beyond and didn’t even mention to me that they did it. Will definitely be back 🙂

My experience here when I had my car inspected recently was great! I didn't have to wait a long time, which was nice because there was somewhere I needed to be shortly thereafter. The techs were very thorough about checking everything on my car. They told me and actually showed me things that needed attention. They took pictures of those and wrote down for me what their charges were to take care of those things, which was helpful. They were courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this Kwik Kar at 9613 White Settlement Road, FW 76108.
